Holiday Inn provided premium shower products and daily room service, including bed-making and towel replacement. the indoor jacuzzi and pool were enjoyable, while the breakfast offered a decent variety. the balcony was serene and the parking convenient. Close proximity to various dining options and stores added to the convenience. Comfortable pillows and a reasonable snack area made the stay pleasant. Would definitely choose Holiday Inn again.

It was a very very good experience. The staff was fabulously helpful and top-class all the time. The location was convenient and easy near the tunnel. And we were right by various restaurants and Asheville👌🙂

I greatly enjoyed spending time here. The stay here was really nice on business trip. The location was great as for me. It was a safe area, a holiday base for me. The restaurant was modest with helpful staff, I tried warm dishes. A microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and refrigerators worked well. The hotel had very pleasant and amazingly nice staff members.

The bathroom was not cleaned, I didn't like it.

Location - great very close to the Orange Peel, and steak house. Incredible staff and the room new-fashioned with 2 tables, a king size bed, 2 bedrooms.

the units were newly decorated and well-organised with view. the property's location is comfortable, just next door to stores and restaurants very convenience, several resturants and a mall and the town centre.

Particularly good and perfect location to California. Based right by restaurants, grocery stores and a short 1.3-mile walk through the tunnel to downtown Asheville and several resturants and a mall and the Greyhound bus station.

The employees are outstandingly helpful and very amiable. Comfy and easy location, it's set just off downtown, highways and Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and several different restaurants like outback cracker barrel and buffalo wild wings. Also, the hotel is located 2 miles away from Basilica of Saint Lawrence.

The breakfast was plentiful and good, the hotel was newly decorated and immaculately clean. All the staff were wonderfully helpful, very friendly. The room was updated and brand-new, complete with a king size bed as well as free breakfast. Had a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge at our disposal.

The venue has contemporary rooms with 2 tables and 2 bedrooms and USB ports and all very pleasant and incredibly nice staff. There is a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. It offers excellent services and has a plentiful breakfast choices.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville Downtown was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities like complimentary breakfast and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided relaxation, and being close to landmarks like Biltmore and Asheville Pinball Museum allowed for memorable family outings. A great choice for a pleasant and convenient stay in Asheville.

Absolutely great hotel in a downtown area close enough to downtown, highways and Biltmore Estate, several resturants, and the breweries and various restaurants.

super close to downtown🌟, convenient for exploring asheville. Breakfast was okay, but lacked healthy options. Rooms were comfortable, but needed better cleaning. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location overall!
